Well, I am knackered. How are you? Lol...best ever start to a blog. But I really am. Kniteforce Distribution is in full swing, but the last 4 weeks all I have done is build shelving and move records about. Nothing reminds you that you are 50 like doing loads of unexpected physical labour haha!
But enough of that - I am not really complaining because its brilliant to be working with the people I am working with, and the business is taking off in the same way a jumbo jet does...slowly with a lot of effort at first, but now were are speeding down the runway....Any stores looking to buy our records wholesale, or labels looking for distribution, please click the KFD logo above...
So let's talk about the upcoming and the further aheads! We are very pleased to have packed and shipped ALL the Acen Trip To The Moon color vinyl repress orders, and all the Isotonik Box Set orders.
We have also been told that a lot of records are about to land. A LOT of records. Obviously the Acen - Monolith box set is imminent. As soon as that lands and ships out, we will make the final copies of the Messiah / Ray Keith / Liquid remixes available, as well as any extras we have on the USB. But for now, the 5 set is still available, as the 6 and 8 set have sold out....

We have had the delivery of the new Alex Jungle EPs! Parts 1, 2 and 3 are now in stock, but not yet available as we haven't decided on a final release date yet. Likely Thursday coming, but we will see...
Likewise, those with eagle eyes will have seen that the first of the Labello Blanco releases - KLB01 - Princes Of The Posse - Princes Of The Posse EP has been pressed (although not delivered yet, this pic is from the pressing plant). We are expecting the Macka Brown EP to land fairly swiftly, so we will wait for both to arrive before either goes for sale, but still...do you like the little square hole? Haha, I do!
That is not my hand by the way, but people keep insisting it is, so maybe as a special treat I will put on some nail polish in an upcoming video lol...
Other than that, we are told all of these are pressing in the upcoming week, which means they could arrive anytime in the next 10 days!

As well as those listed, we should get KF253 which is a mysterious release from one of the mysterious artists appearing at the mysterious Knite Club, and it will be mysteriously available on the night!
Okay, thats the imminent future...and now on to some slightly more distant future things...
I am not a person who likes to repeat the same ideas again and again. When we released Acen's Trip To The Moon Box Set in 2021, it was a very new way to sell our music. Box sets have always been a part of the scene, but no one had done anything like that in a very long time. Over the next couple of years, we had planned a few more, with the idea of having box sets released every 3-5 months. But of course, the issues with vinyl arriving and timetables and etc smashed that to bits. The Ray Keith, Moondance, Nookie, Force & Evolution and other sets all got hugely delayed, presales were a nightmare, and the result was nothing much happening for months and months, then WAY too many box sets arriving in a row.
On top of that, while it is a lovely model for releasing music - our box sets outsell almost every other release - it is also one that a lot of other labels are doing now. Which make it time to change lol...Plus of course, the cost of living crisis has hit all of our pockets, and vinyl has got more expensive.
I am hoping we can bring some of the prices down in the near future, but as far as Box Sets go...we do have a new one from Cloud 9 (The Rest Is History Part 2) and from Ray Keith (Golden Years Part 2) but neither have been cut yet. And both of those are the second part to an established release. One or both will be ready for Xmas.
And in 2024, we will have an epic Messiah set.....but for the rest? Its time to shake it up.
This is why I have not done the Labello Blanco stuff as a box set. I want to try other things now as well as what we have already done....with that in mind...
I have the Fractured Luna-C Box Set - this was cut late 2021, so is very very late, but I put it at the back of the queue because we had so many delyas through 2022 and early 2023. It is a 10 vinyl set so far, with 10 EPs cut, and another 5 records to be cut in due course. I have ordered the first five records to arrive in lovely coloured vinyl of some kind or another...
And we have three new singles, a repress and a double album coming from The Criminal Minds. The first two singles were again cut in early 2022 and massively delayed. But in this case it works in our favour, because since they were cut, we have cut two more singles and a double album...conveniently brining the number of records from TCM to six....
So with that sort of serendipity....I decided that with both of these projects, I am going to do a sort of "pick and mix" style, where you can buy the singles, and if you buy all the singles, you get the outer box and the goodies. This way, you will have the option to just buy a few of the records if you wish - or none at all if you are mad haha! And in both cases, we will make the box set an OPTION rather than the only way to buy the music. This seems like a good way forward to me. I am interested to see how it goes!
Another change is...we have been working on a selection of special releases that will only be available via the Kniteforce Revolution site. These releases will only press 100-150, but come with a full sleeve design and will feature brand new music from some of our best people...This includes a Kniteforce Revolution label, KFInsanity, and Dark Knite. These releases will pop up pretty randomly, and will be first come first serve...here are some snapshots of upcoming releases....I will let the mailing list know when the first of these arrives...

I think it is time to finally reveal the full line up. This is a little bit early, but I think you can be trusted with it haha! And we had to move a few people around on the flyer because we actually had TOO MANY headliners, which is a good problem to have but even good problems are still, you know, problems lol!
We are proud and excited to announce our 4th headliner - JIMNI CRICKET! She will be joining Acen, The House Crew and Messiah on the main stage for the night!!!!
Now, I would imagine most of you who follow the label already know Jimni - she is the visual artist behind many of the KFA releases and the first three Alex Jungle EPs on Kniteforce, amongst many other great pieces and logos. But aside from that, she is by far one of the most talented Dj's I have ever known. So even tho she might not be as well known in the UK, it is WAY past time she took her rightful place as one of the best our scene has. What? You expected another old skool legand to take the 4th spot? Nope, too predictable lol - we want to bring both the best of the old skool AND the best of the new skool at our events, and Jimni is all of that and more, a legend in the USA already and bound to become one here in the UK as well. She plays a wide range of music from old skool to modern hardcore and everything in between, but we have secured a full on crazy breakbeat jungle type set. So this will be unmissable...not to mention as a selfish bonus for me, it is a great chance to have someone I regard as a friend and part of the label visit our shores and smash the party to pieces.
On top of that, another brilliant artist is added - the one and only Ramos. Aside from being a total legend with numerous classics under his belt, Ramos and I have become firm friends over the last few years, so it is with great pleasure that I get to have him come to the Knite Club as part of the Kniteforce Label.
Lastly, we have the incredible Zak from The Criminal Minds playing back to back with Dope Ammo. Originally they were going to do separate sets, but they have been working together in the studio to make some epic new sounds, and also touring alongside another super awesome star in our scene - the one and only Dj Rap - to make a really unique showcase. We wanted Dj Rap as well for this show, but I think we will have to wait for Knite Club 3 for the queen of the scene to play for us! It is always a difficult balance putting a line up together and I wish I could have had Dj Rap as well at this one, but sometimes you have to save things for the next event....
I very much want to be able to showcase ALL the many aspects of our scene at any Knite Club event, newer and older artists, big names and small...but also I like to hear all the styles - drum and bass, jungle, early rave, gabber and so on. However, the night has always, and will always, lean toward the 1992-1996 breakbeat and jungle rave sound, both old skool and new productions, because that is the central sound of the label, and we like the nights to be like a live version of the Kniteforce label...
So grab your tickets now, before the price goes up - this is an unmissable event with talent you wont see anywhere else, not to mention all sorts of ridiculous antics planned, and exclusive things for sale on the merchandise store. There will literally be nothing else like it...
